Boya Shen, 

Boya is responsible for the SSEA's general administration and legal matters. He is a qualified Barrister at Law in England and Wales and has worked in the commercial Bar in London. He also has a background in public policy and is currently doing a DPhil at Oxford University. Boya holds an MSc from Oxford and an LLB from the University of Warwick.
