1st Mixing-Energy Power Station Starts Construction in Germany

German Chancellor Angela Merkel attended the foundation stone laying ceremony of the mixing-energy power station in Prenzlau, Brandenburg, Germany. The 21 million-euros-funded station combines wind, hydrogen, biomass, and solar power together, and is said to hold a capacity of 6MW by 2010.

Among various renewable energy, the wind and light energy develops the fastest. However, one single energy faces huge uncertainty because of the weather restrictions. The mixing energy can get over these problems, making it a fine replacement for the fossil fuels. This is the trend for new energy development.
