US Policies Relax for New Power Grid

The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has passed a treatypact that  approves energy-storage market rules for the New York Independent System Operator power grid:

The recent moves of the US and the UK's energy regulators show that many countries are now issuing stimulating policies to support the development of the new energy. Meanwhile, this rising industry has gradually become a new economic growth point in western countries.
